For my FMP, i need to collect pictures of peoples tattoos.... has anyone, or any ones friends got any tattoos i can take pictures of by any chance??

Superman IV- 1987

Sat here watching Superman, and oh my god, its so bad. Superman and some random villain just had a fight, and he threw the villain across the moon, and he looked like he was on strings, until at the last minute he did a flip and crashed into the floor....looked so bad, as well as the flying and laser eye vision. Its so bad, its good.

Just been browsing YouTube, looking at things such as animation and motion graphics. One of the videos i have came across is



Personally, i find it awesome, and this is the kind of stuff i would like to be able to do after uni. Hopefully the Swansea met animation BSC class will give me these skills. If not... tutorials ftw!

Back Drop

I've just spent 7 to 8 hours painting a back-drop for a armature dramatic play, this sheet of material is 23 meters wide with the height of 3 meters and oh my god, I'm so knackered. Ended up with a brown ass and green knees from the forest scene we had to paint. This consisted of the majority of the sheet,,, so many leaves!!!
Got back about 2 to 3 hours ago, and about and hour ago, i routed through 2 massive bags of material from Maskreys. Found loads of really nice fabrics which has given me loads of inspiration and ideas for my stall for the FMP. Should be a bit fun. Thinking of making my stall a huge tattoo palar thing. Was also talking to my mum about this and we came up for a name for it. Its called "h'art". But this is just one idea. Going to be allot more before i settle on one.

Page Layout and Appearence

Trying to make this blog look nice, and its so hard. I keep changing my mind all the time on what colours to have and the banner. Think ill be going through quite a few changes before i find the right one and make up my mind.

Swansea Open Day

Went up to Swansea University yesterday with Mark for and open day. Realised i had left the map we printed out at home, so had to wander the streets looking for signs. Got there in the end, after trekking up a mountain!, okay, bit of an exage, more like a steep hill. Anyway, found ourselves at the wrong end of the building, and had to walk half way back down the hill to get to the right place. Ended up bumping into a group of people, who were also there for the open day. Finally, after about 10 min's of being in the right place, Craig and the crew (Harry, Karl, Riah and Chad) showed up.
When it turned 12:30, which was when the open day began, we were taken into a typical movie lecture theatre, where a table of free food was placed. Unfortunately there was no free pens, which i was hoping to nab. After a huge talk on the basics (who the people were, and what subjects they do), we were split up into groups of what subject we wanted to do. I chose to go with animation, so we were moved to a different room, where we had a huge discussion on what the course's consist of and what you have to do to get there. We also got shown some of the previous work, which was absoulotely amazing!! I wasnt really sure about the course, and was quite worried and upset due to the fact i didnt know what i wanted to do, but after seeing these clips of peoples work, it brought my spirits high, and i knew this was what i wanted.
So... the long paragraph comes to an end..... and basically:
Swansea Uni is amazing, the place is amazing, the course is amazing, and i hope to be a student there next year!!
